I’m a little confused by some of the chapters mentioning names that seem from the wrong periods of time… IE: this chapter from Grace mentions Jaden? That can’t be right… and previously Emma was mentioned in a chapter not by her?

Enjoying the plot so far, but there are plenty of pages where I’m reading and roll my eyes at the intentional word choices of the author being like they were chosen just for the sake of using a big word. They don’t fit the writing style, and it reminds me of flipping through a thesaurus to find a better word when it doesn’t add to the actual writing.
