Man I really don't care about these chapter-long backstories of people and events only tangentially related to the main story.

good so far but what's irking me is that despite being in 15th century ottoman empire they follow a very modern gregorian calendar like ugh I know it's fictional and there's a lot of creative liberties but this is annoying me 😭
