i love this book so much

Also finished A Grief of the Dead. It had great ideas and the writing was pretty fantastic. It has given me a lot to think about, and ended on such a phenomenal line:

“I marvelled at how a blast of light from the moon could make even a fatal wound appear beautiful.”

Finished the Norwood Troubles.

The Norwood Troubles is so phenomenal. Shot up on my ranking for this anthology. So many interesting elements, and Maurice’s prose is immaculate. Definitely will be revisiting this.

Might be dnf too because the intro promised investigation of emotional dynamics around sex and kink, and it has given me lukewarm exploration of hook up culture so far

Hunger games be damned, my boy haymitch is kind

A read chapter 5 twice and it hurt my heart

james islington is so good at creating tension this book is so good
