Started my first Nordic crime novel! My bestie has read quite a few and recommended them to me. While on our way back home after a weekend abroad, I downloaded it on my Kindle and we did an IRL buddy read.

So far so good. So many suspicious characters. What happened to Tobias! And what the hell did Markus do during his internship? I must keep reading…

The Fourth Night

What a cruel turn of events. I almost called Nastenka heartless, but I had to remind myself she’s a teenager. Teenagers do dumb things! She’s very immature still. But so is our Dreamer.

I’m starting to love Xaden, even though I find his name ridiculous.

Things are finally heating up! Nearly halfway through the book, and I’m starting to enjoy it more. I’m obsessed with Tairn, he’s so silly. I want my own dragon now.

The besties finally kissed, but no sparks. Is anyone surprised? Not when a toxic hottie is lurking around the corner…

Started the Fourth Wing series after much praise from my auntie. I’ve never had an interest in romantasy so not sure how I’ll feel about it. Most of these plots sound like a watered down A Song of Ice and Fire with romance at its core and a female lead, but we’ll see about this one!

So far, so good. I don’t find Violet interesting. Then again, I’m only a few chapters in. Let’s see how it develops.

Pretty unique story so far…

The flirty doctor has been so suspicious to me since the first time he’s introduced. If he’s the killer I’m going to be pissed off.

Also not liking this super obvious romantic tension between victim and cop. I genuinely don’t care. Move on with the story.
