Okay... I was Hooked from page one. Haven’t been reading a whole lot lately but THIS is literary gold. Just what I’ve been waiting for. On to chapter four

This book - ugh. I’ve come to depose them all and then I remember their age LOL. But that last chapter of Cal’s pretty much severed my obsession with him. Why is he so blind to the awfulness of his crown?!?! How can he claim to love Mare more than anything else and then just let her go. I’m over it.

DNF... just fizzled out for me :(

Every Harmon book I read becomes my new favorite. This one is just too good to be true. Such great story telling.... I just want to savor this one as long as I can.

Loved the characters, loved the story, it was just a little short. I was shocked when I was at the Epilogue.

Just can't get into this one. The depth of the characters isn't there and the dialogue is just odd to me. I've tried and tried but at this point, I think I'm going to have to chalk it up to a loss :(

just or ghe record, I really wantto quit this book!! I detest Emmy, she is a train wreck and th only nice thing I can say about her is that shes a hard worker. the problem is, I'm rubber necker and cant look away yet. Grrrrt

Not going to lie. this story is gutting me. I am completely obsessesed. I should be grading essays but I keep getting distracted by this story. For every four essays I grade, I reward myself with kne chapter.
