Love the world building, loved the way the author uses 'monsters' to highlight prejudices and encourages the reader to see a world where love is love. The characters are filled out well and believable. However, the interesting narrative is slowed down by sex scenes, which are too frequent and far too long.

The idea of love is love, lust is lust etc is laudable, but the humans only have heterosexual relationships!
