I'm currently only 1 chapter away from reaching chapter 9. I have to admit I'm one of those evil people who like to flip through the book I'm reading to see if I can glance any juicy words that pique my curiosity and spur me to read quicker, without registering full sentences. And I gotta say I haven't even noticed any words in chapter 9 because that structure alone is so terrifying. Help lol.

I had read that this book is very filthy and over the top crazy with sex scenes, so for some reason I thought it would be a literary comedy. I think this is what it's like to read American Psycho. Must check with Seth.

Goodreads has been un-rating some books I've read and already rated. Sorry if that's a nuisance seeing things I've already posted being put back on the update feed. It's super annoying to me to have to re-do ratings also.

The more of Gideon the Ninth I read more I hate that stupid quote on the cover. "Lesbian necromancers explore a haunted gothic palace in space!" 1. If the lesbians are Gideon + Harrow only ONE of them is a necromancer. 2. It's in space only in the sense that Earth is also technically "in space". 3. It's entirety is not gothic this not Dracula's castle. Literally I could go on it's so maddening fuck OFF Charles.
