been waiting for this to go on sale every since i saw it in my recommendations and i finally snagged it for $3 🤩

not gonna lie this shit is still boring! idc about the football, idc that the guys eats six meals a day, idc that they gotta mention his size every other page. like i get it, MOVE ON 🫩

talking about, he imprinted on me. let’s be so serious because this is not twilight girl. 😭 also the vocabulary is starting to get bad again. just something about a few phrases that i’m like, i know the author/editor picked up a thesaurus and said PERFECT! we’re adding this word 😍

picked this up again. it got slightly better before being bad once more

took that second book that just came out off my tbr list because this just sucks

i want to dnf this but i already paid 🫩

it’s not looking good… this book feels like an older person wrote a romance novel about a couple in their late 40s but changed the ages to late 20s last minute and added dated pop culture references that wouldn’t even make sense to said age group.

started reading this book yesterday. i have seen it in my recommendations after reading every summer after by carley fortune, but the title threw me off because i dislike taylor swift and it seems to be a reference. anyways, i found it on sale on apple books for $3 and now here i am.

read a good chunk while traveling, had to stop because this about the point where the games were starting and i was not about to be stressed 😵‍💫
