took that second book that just came out off my tbr list because this just sucks

i want to dnf this but i already paid 🫩

it’s not looking good… this book feels like an older person wrote a romance novel about a couple in their late 40s but changed the ages to late 20s last minute and added dated pop culture references that wouldn’t even make sense to said age group.

started reading this book yesterday. i have seen it in my recommendations after reading every summer after by carley fortune, but the title threw me off because i dislike taylor swift and it seems to be a reference. anyways, i found it on sale on apple books for $3 and now here i am.
