I love this book so much. It made me see my parents through a different lens and gave me so much grace for them. It made me wish I could go back and treat my dad with more kindness. I can't change the past, but I can honour his memory. My mom is still here, and this book reminded me to love her more—to be gentler, softer, and more patient. Oh Daniel... what a book.
