First edits are back from my editor. Not much to do and then it's back to her. Glaaaad that it's mostly continuity stuff. She said one of the sex scenes was nearly perfect and I have to say, I impressed even myself! Really looking forward to you reading this scene.

I also have the cover ready and it's SO cute. Gah.

Ahhh! Finally have a draft. Just have to rewrite a few chapters and then it's off to my editor!! I feel like this draft was dragged out of me but I know it's going to be really fun for y'all to read.

Also, can I just say that there's one scene in this book that is PARTICULARLY hot? Heh.

I should be finishing the draft today! This book was so fun to write and a nice diversion from the regular series that I'm working on at the moment (The King Cousins). I can't wait to share this one with y'all. There's steam, sea creatures, and sunken treasure galore!

Guys! Last night I wrote 5,800 words! And it was SUCH an important scene, omg. Family interactions + flirtation = romance awesomeness. The chapters for today will be even more intense. Finally getting to my favorite part of the book.

Not currently reading, but drafting! I thought it would be fun to use the currently reading feature as a way to give updates on my progress!

So, I'm about 60K words into my target of 80K, although I suspect this one might need to be a little longer. Maybe 85K or even 90K. We'll see.

And LET ME TELL YOU, all of the stuff is going down. The emotions, guys. Seriously. I've been waiting to get to this part for forever!
