Started out slow but it really picked up its pace. Loving it so far now!

Man, chapter 3 was exquisitely delicious! /I/ could almost taste the sushi! And the curry! It made me mouthwateringly crave for some curry! 😩 And I’m no fan of mackerel, but this just made me want to try it so badlyyy.

This book is a testament to myself how much I reeeally love food. And, consequently, books about food!

I know it isn’t ideal for nurses to “romanticize” or “glamorize” their job. Maybe because I’m still new. Maybe because I never knew exhaustion like COVID nurses.
