I know it isn’t ideal for nurses to “romanticize” or “glamorize” their job. Maybe because I’m still new. Maybe because I never knew exhaustion like COVID nurses.
But what I do know is that I am happy. I am tired, but I am deeply happy. I cannot imagine my life going any other way. I was made for this.
