The stories are very interesting but I dislike how he is switiching between two stories per habit. It's confusing.

Irgendwie verarbeitet Kash das auf eine Weise, die ich nicht so feier. Also da ist viel zu wenig Reue und Selbsthass. Ich jedenfalls wüsste nicht wohin mit mir aus Selbsthass.

Und den plot finde ich irgendwie immer noch zu schwach. Ich glaube, das liegt auch daran, dass das world building nicht so gut ausgearbeitet wird. Also die Lesendem bekommen da nicht so viel mit. Oder es liegt am seeehr kleinen Cast.

Compared to Atomic Habits, this book is more storytelling driven. The stories are definitely interesting but I find it difficult to pinpoint the exact strategies/habits
