I quit reading this. The arrogant tone got to be too much for me. Has this woman ever thought for a moment that not everyone is like her? I knew I should have quit when she said she had been "studying" the subject since she was five years old.

This journey is incredible. Fr. Martin is bringing light to aspects of Jesus and his life that I never thought of. I am enjoying every minute of this book! Every Christian should take this journey!

This is not a book to rush through. It is to be read slowly and savored. Each section has comments in the back by well know mystics. I am also reading those after each section. The process is very rewarding.

I know I just started this book, but I am extremely happy I was chosen for the first read. In the introduction John Mabry spoke to my heart by expressing the problem with getting close to God is our feeling unworthy. That is so me! I can't wait to read the rest of the book.

I am very thankful that I was chosen for this first-read. I have just started this book but have already found it to be a beautiful explanation of not only our body, buy our place in the world especially in relation to God.

This is not an easy read, but well worth the time. It is a study of Pope John Paul II's encyclical Centesimus Annus. The author goes into detail on the teaching process of the Catholic Church. This is great background for anyone who is eager to learn more about their faith and the role it plays in our lives today.
