Not bad. A little repetitive at times. She needs to trust that her readers get a point the first time she says it. Be a bit more subtle.

It's good so far, but I was unhappy with the direction of the characters for a bit. They wandered a bit far from what I felt was their base. We'll see how he ties it up though.

For the most part I enjoyed this book. I liked Eon/Eona's character and found the arc of the story compelling. I'm interested to see if Eona will present as a strong female character in the follow up. There is a great opportunity there.
