Can't finish this. It's too much of nothing going on for me to deal with. Too lyrical, too poetic.

I enjoyed this. Well written and engrossing. It is geared for an older middle school aged kid.

Reminds me a bit of Indian in the Cupboard. I liked the story. I think it is a good read aloud or fit for 10+. Some of the old English slang and terminology might be difficult for young readers. But a good tale overall.

I can't read this book. I tried but it's a no go for me.

It's ok. I think one would need to be a very avid fan/reader of sci fi to truly appreciate this story. The author references many sci fi titles to explain characters' feelings and to advance plot points. If you have not read the mentioned titles then you miss a lot. David loved this book...but he has read a lot more sci fi than I.

Working through the book/exercises as a relief from making masks. It is hard work...colors don't come easy to me.
