I adore this book to the point of heartache, because that's what it is. It's action and conspiracy too, but the heartache of grief turned madness flows off the pages (well, the screen, since I'm using my kindle). I can't wait to read more, even if it breaks my heart in the end.

Audible chapter 218 of 239 puts me somewhere around 91%. I can smell the finish line, people! (And it's a good thing too, because these naval-gazing, quarrelsome Russian aristocrats are getting on my nerves.)

Audible says I'm on chapter 149. There are 239. That puts me at something like 62% done.

Stuck at 10% until 4/6/17. Waiting on my next Scribd credits (or whatever they're called).

Somebody make this a tv show or a movie! I love this Holmes and Watson!

I'm listening to this one on Audible, so I'm not sure how many pages I am into it, but I'm somewhere in chapter 10. I just want to comment on the absurd amount of navel-gazing Russians seem prone to, having listening thus far into Anna Karenina and read as much as I did of Night Watch. Maybe I'm just not in the right frame of mind to enjoy this...

This book, like all other Potters, is incredibly engrossing! I took it to the doctor's office with me and the nurse had to call my name several times!
