I love a good runaway bride story!

DNF at 60%. I wanted to love this one, but it's just not working for me. While there are some good qualities about the MMC and FMC, nothing really drew me to them. Plus, when they got together at 55%, it felt stilted and cheesy. 😬 I think the narrators did the best they could with what they were given.

I called it, and I am not okay. I'm fairly certain i couldn't move past the choice, and worse...the soul-crushing lie.

Biting my tongue, and breathing through my feelings! 🤬😂

Oh, hell, no! Dang... This one started out with a bang, and I am so unjustifiably angry right now. 🫣😂

Oh my goodness. I want to smack these two because they're acting like immature children, hurting one another with their words and actions. All of this could have been avoided with communication and better choices. 🤦‍♀️ There is no way back from this. I'm so not a fan of love triangles. All three are communication dropouts, but these two are the worst. After this scene, it's clear who's NOT ending up together.

I'm officially hooked on this series. I need to know what happens with all the Fitzgerald siblings, and I hope that we get a series about Francie's, eventually too!

I love, love, love this series. The banter, the yearning, the world of Evie and Trystan is like no other. Due to hearing some spoilers about the ending, I've decided to pause reading/listening until the next one releases.

It seems I forgot some key details, so a quick skim/reread of Accomplice to the Villain is needed before I continue.
