I don’t usually leave comments, but with the growing interest of literature about “spiritual formation” within broader evangelicalism (John Mark Comer, James Smith, etc) and the rising popularity of Eastern Orthodoxy, this book is timely and necessary.

I never write anything about the books I’m reading, but every person who struggles to get things done should read this book! It presents the reshaped concept of Gospel Driven Productivity and then shares practical approaches to becoming more effective in our ministries and lives! The author’s gospel centered perspective is refreshing as most all books on this topic are secular. Also it is John Piper endorsed!

This Ugandan author is expressing everything I’ve been trying to formulate about the Western mindset that “Helping Hurts.” All involved in missions would be served by listening to this global perspective.
