I'm actually listening to the audio of this and it's wonderful. If you're after a new audiobook to listen to then I can highly recommend it. Not only is the story itself amazing, but the narration is top notch - I'll definitely be after more audiobooks read by Adenrele Ojo.

Heather is 45% done with Wayward Heroes

I'm enjoying this much more than I thought I would. The writing reminds me a little of Jonas Jonasson (who wrote 'The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out of the Window and Disappeared'), and I wouldn't be at all surprised to learn that Jonasson was a fan of Halldor Laxness.
