Okay, no. I'm not liking this. This might end up a DNF

To be completely honest, I'm not a big fan of Liv. Not once in this book so far have I been compelled to feel anything but indifference to her, and maybe a hint of pity.

Reading this has become a chore and that saddens me.

I'm bored to death and more than a little annoyed. I don't know how those two work together but there you go. Apparently it IS possible to be bored and annoyed at the same time.

I would have appreciated Frankie and Benny's months of separation more if KA has actually made me FEEL it. Unfortunately, it felt like it was just casually mentioned, it didn't hold enough significance I think. This also unfortunately made their reunion a bit lackluster and anticlimactic. Quite disappointed with everything so far.

I have to say, I'm REALLY not a big fan of how quickly Frankie turns to putty in Benny's arms, how her resolve just dissolves. I've had problems with this in many of KA's other books but for some reason this feels worse.

You know those times when you're so frustrated you want to cry and throw something halfway across the world? That about sums up what I'm feeling right now. This is probably the 5th time I've tried to read this book and I still haven't made it 1/3 of the way.

Yeahh..she's definitely stupid. I'm really not feeling this one.

Second attempt at reading this series. The first time I tried, I got annoyed with Feb. And I have to say, she still gets on my nerves. I'm waiting for something to make me like her but it's doubtful it'll happen.

Reading through this book for the second time around. It was okay the first time but now, Tessa is getting on my nerves. And only at 13% through D:

This book goes on forever and so far it's the same thing over and over again. Frankly, I don't understand what's appealing about Willow apart from her seeming innocence and naivety.

Yep no not finishing this one. I don't have the patience for the heroine.

So far, not very impressed. I may be in the minority here since I'm actually finding the heroine annoying.

I don't think I've ever been this annoyed at the MC??? It's just...ugh..I can't even explain it. My dear, poor Elliot, cut your losses and get away from her. Save yourself and your daughter, Julz just isn't worth all this poop.

MAKE YOUR MIND UP WOMAN. IS HE SCARING YOU OR MAKING YOU WANT TO JUMP HIS BONES? I CAN'T LET YOU HAVE IT BOTH WAYS GURL. I'M GETTING REAL TIRED OF ALL THE "Even when she was scared and pissed off, her body responded to him" TYPE SITUATIONS!!

In terms of how she's dealing with all the crap that's getting thrown her way, Josie is a strong woman. In terms of Shane? She's weak as a noodle. Nooooooooddlleeee. And that's what irritates me.

Or it could just be their love. I'm probably to bitter to appreciate this book.

Okay, I've calmed down a bit and I'm giving this a another try. Still not impressed. If Josie was a guy, she'd be the one being led around by her dick. Just a simple truth.

I must say, I'm getting sick of seeing the word "desire" in this book

Sigh. I sigh a lot. And not at all the dreamy variety. More like the I'm-already-so-tired-of-this-bullcrap sighing. I'm so sad that I'm not liking this book as much as everyone apparently (or at all).

Again with the desire and the lusting and the yearning? ffs woman you just learned the husband you even barely knew has been stalking you years before you "met" and that he is well capable of causing harm (UNDERSTATEMENT). Hmm yes Tom was right, EXACTLY like "one of those women in movies that get beat up and can’t leave the guy because they love him" I have a feeling this might end up being a DNF

I know no one reads this. It's just a way for me to rant so that I could stay sane when reading books that has the potential to drive me insane. Josie. ugh. exasperating. It's probably just me but I just don't like her. I've yet to make my mind up about Shane but things aren't looking good.

I'm trying really hard to like this, I swear. Maybe I need to try harder.

Fingers crossed this book is as good as I'm hoping it will be. I'm really early into the book but so far am not impressed with Josie's physical reaction to Shane. I mean...it's been two years...and they've only known each other for 3 weeks before getting married. But then again what do I know?
