In terms of how she's dealing with all the crap that's getting thrown her way, Josie is a strong woman. In terms of Shane? She's weak as a noodle. Nooooooooddlleeee. And that's what irritates me.

Or it could just be their love. I'm probably to bitter to appreciate this book.

Okay, I've calmed down a bit and I'm giving this a another try. Still not impressed. If Josie was a guy, she'd be the one being led around by her dick. Just a simple truth.

I must say, I'm getting sick of seeing the word "desire" in this book

Sigh. I sigh a lot. And not at all the dreamy variety. More like the I'm-already-so-tired-of-this-bullcrap sighing. I'm so sad that I'm not liking this book as much as everyone apparently (or at all).

Again with the desire and the lusting and the yearning? ffs woman you just learned the husband you even barely knew has been stalking you years before you "met" and that he is well capable of causing harm (UNDERSTATEMENT). Hmm yes Tom was right, EXACTLY like "one of those women in movies that get beat up and can’t leave the guy because they love him" I have a feeling this might end up being a DNF

I know no one reads this. It's just a way for me to rant so that I could stay sane when reading books that has the potential to drive me insane. Josie. ugh. exasperating. It's probably just me but I just don't like her. I've yet to make my mind up about Shane but things aren't looking good.
