So, I want to finish this series, I haven't read the last two, but I don't remember much about the whole story. That's why rereading it is.

I can't with this miscommunication and lies that then bring drama. This is pissing me off

So.
I was loving this until it got ridiculous.
First of all Teo needs to wake up; secondly, did the author really create the misunderstanding about who got the chocolates so that Teo is, guess what, conflicted about Chris again? I can't.
I am reading this for Jack, although I already feel bad for him, since he likes an idiot like Teo.

No, but Teo is pissing me off. Chris being like "do you still want me?". And Teo "of course I do."
We are at 75% of the book dude and you're still giving this asshole your time, choosing him instead of Jack?
Teo just lost all my like points.
At this point, Jack deserves better.

Candance is seriously still willing to stay with father after he literally caused her brother's fall that led to him being bitten? Girl, u dumb or what?

Now I remember why the low rating to this book. Max is a pain in the ass, almost impossible to like. I guess that's what the author wanted, so props for doing it right.

I love how spooky it is, maybe I should have read it in October, but now that I've started I might as well just read it.

Where did love come from? I thought just sex wasn't enough for it, but I guess it's not the case here.

Having read the book about Henry's childhood, his kinky talk about 'Daddy' is kinda strange.

Well, just one sex scene after the other. Good thing I got warned by other reviews, so I could prepare myself to skim the text.

Well, this was so predictable that it's almost unnatural how the characters haven't thought of it, although I guess miscommunication also played a part in it. Can't wait for this kinsa ridiculous mess to be sorted.

I wonder, all this is happening in the main castle or however you want to call it, but the asa (equivalent to the queen I guess outside this universe) is basically doing nothing. Not to mention are there no guards? With so many noble and important people, you would assume security to be a very pertinent concern. But apparently not.

I hope he's not yet another man that's going to use him. But I fear that might be the case 😮‍💨

This could be solved with ✨ communication✨. But of course not. I imagine a huge scene will come from it, because "I'll tell him tonight" probably won't happen.

It must be awful being Parker: no one believes you, they give fault for everything he says to his anxiety. Well, I don't want things to go badly for the teenager, but on the other side maybe it will open some eyes.

I absolutely get why he's angry. If you find yourself in front of someone who believes he's superior to you, get asked a bunch of difficult questions that show how your life is very different then the people there, and then find out that the person courting you had slept with them? Well, a heads-up would have been nice

I really hope March will make him work for it a lot, like a lot lot. Please don't just become a blushing and shy thing, I really like the bark.

Their talk during spicy scenes is making me think of DNF this book. Not to mention some random moments that get transformed in horny thoughts, that definitely don't fit with what is going on.
I really don't like dnf my books, but I'm really considering it...

He said something - not all of it - to someone! Progress? Eh, better than nothing

I mean, I get being private and all, but dude you clearly know he's manipulating the situation and you're still going to go along with it? Not say anything to anyone? Bah, how I hate lack of communication especially when he's supposed to be friends with most of his colleagues

So basically he is risking his life because she needs this info to reach the President, he is the only one of the two that knows how to kill zombies and how to stay alive, he could go faster if he was alone. He has a nightmare and she has the nerve to tell him he'll see what happens if he attracts any zombies. Like, woman, TF Is wrong with you, it's not like a person decides how to react to a nightmare consciously??

Should have kept it man, I already feel like giving it to her is going to create problems

I wonder if having Bec's POV is going to be an ongoing thing. I don't really care for her as a character, so these pages about her sudden (both for her and the reader) change to civilian are kind of a question mark, since I wonder what her role could possibly be but simultaneously I'm not interested in it 🫠

No matter how many times I read this book, it will always make my eyes tear.
