Hunter isn't a good listener

The fact that Holly is so dumb is crazy. She's supposed to be intelligent, curious, someone who is always on the side of women and so on, but then the moment her mother finds someone (as his father did right after their break up, mind you) she's the bitch. Like???
No coherency, but then again she is depicted as a teenager that loves her daddy.
Help me, someone needs to do something asap.

Holly really needs to grow up, it's like you say the sky is blue, everyone understands, and she's like "I am the only one that cares that the sky is actually red". That girl needs to wake up, I hope it happens in quite an impressive way (sorry not sorry).

Why didn't I read anywhere that there was a love triangle? 🫠 I really don't like them, especially if one of the three is clearly an ass and needs to go away, but obviously he's the one that's actually in a relationship with the other. I don't know what to do, if this continues even after book 1, I might not read the rest🥲
