…there's just no way this is how it truly happened. None of the women cried? None of the men tried to get in a lifeboat? Gracie's telling of the sinking is very……..airbrushed, to align with the societal ideals of the time (the men were stoic heroes, the women were sad but calm, everyone was white) but it's not true? Multiple other accounts directly contradict this. And common sense—of course people cried??

This has been good and informative and interesting so far, but please — no, one does not wonder how Thomas Andrews "could have juggled the responsibility of family and work so" ?? It was 1912. His wife had no job, 1 child, and 4 servants. There was nothing for him to juggle. Let’s be real for a second: he just had to make money, come home at night, and try not to have a secret second family.

Ok that’s a bold move, changing the narrator for book 3 — the finale of a series. Was Bahni Turpin busy?? Cynthia Erivo is wonderful and her voice is so soothing, so no shade to her, but I’m used to Bahni’s voice’s for the characters.
