Someone calls Roe’s house again and they asked if she was alone. Sally asked Roe to go with her to the air hanger where Jack rented the plane he was thrown from. While Sally distracts Stanford Foley the owner, Roe is going to retrace the killers steps. She sneaks to the hanger and hefts a heavy punching bag in the airplane. Foley never sees her so he probably didn’t see the killer either. Roe can’t have kids.

Angle thinks someone is trying to make a message to Roe for Jack falling in her yard but I think someone is a secret admirer of Angel. But not sure why the purse is on Angels car. Roe can’t sleep so she gets up and goes outside to get the paper. She sees Shelby lying on the ground. He has been attacked. Someone hit him on the back of the head and kicked and broke his rib. Was the person he saw a friend?

Beverly has been beaten up really badly. Her mother, Selena, was hit by a drunk driver last month and is in a coma. Arthur calls Roe in for questioning since he was at the library during her altercation with Beverly. When Roe is leaving the police station she sees Angel detained by a police officer and Beverly’s purse on the hood of her car!

Shelby doesn’t get mad when Roe slaps him. Roe tells him to get his sperm tested if he doesn’t believe the doctor. He hugs Roe and they have a strange encounter. Roe gets to work and the librarian aide, Beverley, is in a mood. Roe is sitting down working on the children’s reading schedule when Beverly gets snappy about how others can’t sit at their desks all day. Roe and Beverley have to talk with Sam now.

Mr. Dryden comes over to the house to ask Roe and Angel questions about Jack falling in the yard. Some mystery person sent flowers to the house. People have also been calling the house but don’t say anything. Someone tied a pink ribbon around Madeline’s neck. Shelby comes over to look. Shelby asks Roe if Angel ever had men over to the house and Roe slaps him for asking if his wife cheated!

Jack Burns had rented the plane himself. He knew the identify of a secret person in town. Angel isn’t feeling well so Roe takes her to the doctor. She runs into Mr. Dryden. He wants to interview Roe to get her account of Jack’s death. Angel is pregnant but Shelby had a vasectomy! The doctor will explain to him how the tubes can grow back together. Roe is working back at the library.

Detective Sergeant Jack Burns has been killed. Someone dumped his body out of a plane flying above Roe’s house. While she & Angel were outside Jack Burns body fell in the yard. Angel was acting unusually strange. I guess Jack Burns gave her a parking ticket. Roe went and paid her respects to his wife Bess. 2 big guys are with her and won’t let her speak on his passing, John Dryden & Don O’Riley from Atlanta.

Stella calls off the wedding since Marshall can’t remember. His last episode mad her worry more. He was having a flashback & yelling at her to leave. He was trying to protect her. Marshall decides to read the letters Stella wrote him while he was away. On the last letter his memories finally came back. He was reading the letters of Stella in her wedding dress when he got hit. He blocked her out to protect her.

Marshall & Stella spend some time together alone. Marshall wants a day to escape everything and just have a normal day. Stella panics that he takes her alone to dump her but he reassures her that he is seeing their plan out. While enjoying their date a loud noise goes off and Marshall jumps onto Stella having a flashback to battle. Stella asks him to share and let her in so she can help. He tells her about his PTSD.

It’s been a week of trying to help Marshall remember. It’s been hard and moments of questioning if he would recover before the wedding or at all. Questioning if they should get married. Marshall asked Stella for 3 weeks to remember so they are continuing on with the plan. Marshall sees Stella in his dreams. She comes to him after he got injured. He doesn’t tell her this. Marshall’s PTSD attacks keep coming.

Stella has been showing Marshall around town. He keeps getting little pieces of his memory here and there but not all of it has come back. He still doesn’t remember most of his life with Stella. He really likes her. She is sweet, pretty, and kind. Stella is so worried Marshall won’t remember her and won’t want to get married. They keep working on trying to help Marshall. Stella manages the bookstore in town.

Marshall gets frustrated when he can’t remember something & snaps a little. Marshall wants to see the house they bought together before he left. Stella wrote to him about the remodeling. He hadn’t read her letters since his accident. Stella gets made. She feels like he doesn’t care enough to read them to get his memories back but he explains that he is scared to read them and be mad that he can’t remember.

Stella and Marshall are both working on trying to help him remember. He keeps getting little snippets of his memories. He made a promise to Stella that he would marry her and he plans on keeping that promise. They have a welcome home party and Stella helps him try to remember everyone.

Marshall doesn’t remember much of anything. He has a concussion that is also triggering PTSD. Stella is so upset no one told her he can’t remember her or anything with the wedding. He wants to try to get his memories back of her. They have 3 weeks until the wedding. She is going to try everything she can to get his memories back.

Stella Carson is going marry Marshall soon. He has been serving overseas and he’s coming home today. He got hit with an IED and has been recovering. He didn’t want Stella coming to see him. They talked on the phone but he didn’t sound the same. Marshall gets home. He seems different. When they get to Stella’s car he doesn’t remember her car. Stella is surprised and Marsh says he can’t remember things.

Roshi called Blair finally. Blair runs into Declan at the beach and he invites her over to see his place. He fixed up his house and she can take a look to get ideas for her house if she wants him to make some changes. After they go eat. He tells her about how his dad sued the driver who hit him b/c he had been drinking. With that money he bought his house and opened the coffee shop.

Blair is writing a book. Blair’s mom is struggling to juggle running the stores. Blair insists that her mom let her help with the work schedules. Declan comes to see Blair and shows her some plans he made for renovations she can make for her cottage Lottie left her.

Blair apologizes too for thinking Declan would be like her father and provide for her and then just leave. She was more worried about becoming like her mom than it was about Declan being like her dad. They both apologize and Blair has all her feelings rush back for Declan. She has always loved him. Even the 4 years they didn’t speak. She asks where do they go from here and Declan suggests being friends.

Declan had just won his championship game of senior year. They went to celebrate and he got hit by a car in the parking lot. He shattered his hip and leg. He would never be able to play football again. He was ashamed of their last fight offering to provide for Blair and now she would be right to have not trusted that. He wrote her a letter after she left for college apologizing but she never got it.

Blair can’t make her overtime shift. Declan asks why. Blair is meeting with a realtor to explore options for the house Lottie left her. Blair asks Declan if he wants to come look at the house. He does. The realtor tells Blair the house is worth a million dollars. She loses it. Declan helps get rid of the realtor. Blair is so overwhelmed that she calls Declan out for pushing her out of his life after his accident.

Blair goes bowling. Harper is drunk. Declan gets there and has her leave. Declan sits next to Blair. He asks if she will go out with Calvin. She will if he asks. Declan says he isn’t worth her time. Blair says he would know about that. Declan says she was always worth his time. Declan also finds out that Blair owns the house across from him and asks if she will stay in Seabrook now. She still wants to leave.

Blair’s mom tells her that Lottie left her the convenience stores, all 7, and the house. And she left Blair something too. A beautiful cottage house she rented out. They go look at it and find that Declan lives in the house across the street! Blair enjoys the mundane of working at the coffee shop. A guy Declan knows asks her for her number and she gives it to him. The team goes bowling after work.

Senior year. Blair got into 1 college w/ a full ride- Pepperdine. She studies economics and psychology. Declan got into his dream school- Notre Dame. Both schools are so far away. Declan mentions how long distance will be near impossible with his football schedule. He asks Blair to come with him and he will support her and her mom. Blair loses it. She won’t be like her mom relying on a man to care for her.

Blair goes to work her overtime shift with Declan working on renovations. Blair asks him about the birdhouses he has hanging up in the coffeehouse. He made them. After the accident he started learning how to make stuff since he was stuck in bed. Blair cuts her hand on some wood. Declan begins treating it. All the pain from losing Lottie finally surfaces. She runs away to the beach.

As the new employee, Blair is on the overtime night shifts with Declan! Faye calls Blair but only to talk about her frustration with her mom and doesn’t ask how Blair is doing with Lottie’s death. Declan and Blair have their first date. He has wanted to be with her since they were kids and same for Blair. But now they have to worry about college and what will happen if they go to different colleges.

Lottie’s funeral arrives. Declan comes. He & Blair speak for a little. He admits he has been Instagram following. The girl in the picture with Declan that Blair stocked was his cousin. During their senior year after winning a big football game Declan and Blair kiss. They admit they have liked each other the whole time. Declan declares that they won’t mess this up. But what happened to where they stopped talking?

Declan wanted to go to junior prom together so Blair asked him but then it seemed like he only wanted to go to stop the other girls from asking him. Blair arrives back to Lottie’s house and things have taken a deep dive. Lottie will be passing in a few days. She is on morphine and won’t wake back up. Blair’s conversation with her about Declan was their last conversation. Lottie passed away.

Declan’s dad put a lot of pressure on him to do well in football to make it to the professionals. Blair envied Declan for having a relationship with his dad b/c her father wanted nothing to do with her. Blair got the job at the coffee house. Declan trains her on her first day. He added her favorite latte from high school to the store’s menu!

Roshi and Faye are Blair’s friends from college. Roshi calls Blair Blink from the first night they met, Blair saw someone who looked just like Declan and froze. Faye just got married. Roshi is studying for law school. When the accident happened, Declan shut Blair out and she allowed it. There is a lot they need to talk about.

Blair and Declan have been friends since they were 5 but haven’t spoken to one another for 4 years after an accident happened. Declan was going to play professional football but now he walks with a limp from the accident. Blair has an interview with Declan. He asks very personal questions that he already knows the answers to so Blair makes up answers. The interview doesn’t go well.
