I’m glad to be through the history part as a lot of it at the end was detailed sales numbers :/ but I have hope the rest of it will be less number focused when making its point

Lots of interesting insight, but so far not a worldwide perspective, largely focused on the West as in Christendom and very little mention of any eastern philosophy

Feels so so relevant to mention I’m reading this checked out from Lawrence public library and it’s fucking incredible. I haven’t read anything this good, that I loved and connected with /this much/, in ages and fucking ages. I’m blown away so far

Have yet to discover if the author is a raging sexist or just telling the story from the perspective of a raging sexist
