Alright this chick is really getting on my nerves.

It’s giving New England coastal town and I’m here for it!

The animosity between these two characters now makes sense. Wasn’t expecting that explanation and my heart just completely shattered.

This is a reminder to be there for your friends who are struggling with mental health issues.

The main character is a big know it
all and it’s really irritating me.

The female MMC and male MMC aka the parents infuriate me. Watching them immediately lean on a substance when their daughter is missing.

This book is giving me stranger things vibes. It also has me in so much suspense. I want to know everything NOW!

I’m really loving this book! All the characters are so fun and enjoyable. The plot is very intriguing. I want a friend like Zoey. She definitely gives me Alice Cullen vibes.

The chronic illness representation means the world to me. Especially to discuss gastrointestinal disorders. Which I feel are more taboo. How much they will mess with every aspect of your life. How they mess with your ability to perform as you should. How they leave you drained over everything. Not wanting pity or special acts just cause you’re sick. Pulling away from loved ones to not feel a burden. All of it!

While dark. This girl is very relatable towards the end and it’s scary how alike this really is. Throwing yourself into academia achievements to earn respect and also to drown out thoughts. That hits home.

This is like you’re sitting at a table and feeling super awkward. That’s what this books makes you feel like. I want to get up, but I’m rooted in my seat. lol

If I was this little girls mother I would be so angry. It’s just back and fourth trying to get help. Only to be met with “oh well it could be this or that” no there’s something taking over my daughter. It’s not a mental disorder!

What just happened. That was horrifying and I’m now crying at work at loss for words.

This is said to be one of the scariest books written. I’m rather a chicken so this should be fun!

This girl is a complete know it all.

This book is precious.

I’m 12% in and I don’t know if I’ll finish it. This girl is one of those “I’m not like other girls” and I can’t stand FMC who act like that.

Almost done with this one. I’m really enjoying it.

Ladies! This book will infuriate you but immediately pull you in. I hate this man with every fiber of my being.

Still enjoying this one. There are moments where I get real confused, because it keeps jumping around.

I highly recommend rereading A Study in Drowning before diving into this.
