I’m having so much trouble getting into this because I read (and LOVED) Manacled and I can’t get into this new world and characters because I keep thinking back to the Harry Potter universe “oh this person is actually Voldemort” I also keep trying to remember the entire Manacled story and anticipate what’s next instead of just enjoying

lol couldn’t think of a worse book to read 8 months postpartum but I’m nearly done so guess I’ll finish despite this being so bleak.
