Jenni Ritchie is on page 80 of 604 of Fear the Survivors (The Fear Saga, #2)
I'm just listening to this as background entertainment because I'm close to the end of it. The first book in the series was good: interesting characters, situations, novelty - what I want from sci-fi. This book is a lot of preparing for battle and having battles. I tune out of sci-fi battles, they are like the long drum solos that were part of 1970's rock concerts...boring unless you are really into that.

Chemistry was never my favorite subject but I am enjoying this book so much -- the human tales and history behind the elements.

Sigh. I normally enjoy Neal Stephenson's long books but this one can be really tedious at times. Almost done....

As a fan of history, psychology, and political science I am really enjoying this. But it is very factual and long...so interspersing with lighter fare.

So far very interesting which is good because I’m on chapter 12 of 99. Listening to Audible version while I finish my peacock aviary
