I don't know why I'm so slow reading this. I started it today and it is pretty good.

This is most certainly NOT "bedtime reading." I am needing to pull all my brain cells and attention into this book – and I'm not even a pastor! I'm just using this book to help me "tune-into" what my pastor is preaching, kind of as a help to keep my mind from wandering.

I still have made absolutely no progress in reading this.

Heinlein's viewpoint on women was not particularly impressive. What a shock! It's still a fun book

This book is an unexpected treasure! I got it on a whim, because I like watching WORST COOKS IN AMERICA. (I like watching people go from klutzes to pretty-skilled in the kitchen.)

I didn't expect that the mantra, tool, and life-skill of chefs from the CIA, the mise-en-place, would be useful to me. It is! I need to reread this, but every chapter has contained something that is practical.

PROCRASTINATION down next!

Martin Chemnitz strikes again! He is such a deep thinker and theologian, I can only read a little bit at one sitting. Having said that, I must also say, "WHAT AN ENCOURAGER IN THE FAITH!"

I am SO enjoying James Michener's SPACE! All the way through, I'm running across snippets that entrance me. It's like being 10 years old again, wanting to apply at NASA.

I'm going to have to work through this another time, doing the exercises. I will read it again. I recommend it.

Thank you @Patrick Johnston and @Leslie Johnston for giving me this book for Christmas! I am savoring it.
