I’m tearing up reading this chapter. I can’t even imagine losing someone and not knowing what became of them. Then to learn they had died?! That they still loved me and we were going to get married? That’s so sad. But the end was sweet

OH MY GOD!! Is she dead is she alive??!! Did she play him for the money? 2 years is a long time to play that game in my opinion. I’m not sure what is worst. That she’s dead or that she played him, bc both would be so sad

I love that it’s different stories all tied together by a main theme. Also what an asshole this guy is fr. His son is great!! And I love his mom, what a sweet reason to use the go- between

I love the idea that death is what gives life meaning. Even as ironic as it is. I like that

I love caz chasing the cactus that’s actually so precious

I love the plot so far. Honestly that last line of this chapter was 😚🤌🏽 what a cute intro

I love how cozy the little cottage is. Makes me want to have one. I also really love kiela, her antisocial tendencies don’t bug me like I thought they would.

The whole lark plot twist was an interesting addition. Also the gates and storm and cave. The girls that get it get it. WHAT ARE YOU DOING ISLA?? Girl

This whole labyrinth scene was veryyyy meh. It hasn’t very good visually

Every time grim trauma dumps it’s kinda sad actually. Also isla still being sneaky w grim when she literally just said she wants him is crazy. You’re manipulating him girl! YOU DONT LOVE HIM!! But I will 😏jk😏

There are moments when I think I confuse Islas stupidity with lack of understanding. But this? That was just clearly a bad way of writing Islas actions.

No bc what do you mean a guard comes running 🏃‍♂️ worried 😟 and all you do is make out. Against a tree. In front of A LOT of people. This came out of no where and also not the way I wanted them to get back together in that way if they ever did😑

So far I’ve been way more invested in what’s happening in this book. Little wraith not so little and isla battling to stay away from grim. Idk it feels wrong to want him but also it makes so much sense. I love sairsha actually and ORO. What are you doing here?

I have called this book “Nightshade” multiple times. I’m so uninvested I don’t even know what I’m reading. But at the same time I want to know what happens next🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m just a girl

Honestly nothing could make me like nesta. She is such an a hole. Even the way she laughs for singing the ran to feyre just to make her mad. Like girl your sister almost died for you and she would die for you.

Every time I read that little poem I’m like 😋they ate with that🤌🏽 Rachel knows she ate with that

Chap 35: Holy Aurora is in love with jacks!! I’m almost positive. Did she pretend to love lyric? Even though she has been manipulating Apollo nothing could ever make me like him

Chap 13: I’m really starting to thank miss steph for not writing much ab Apollo in the first 2 books. Bc this man sucks. He really is such a manipulative person who has no remorse for his actions.

I am scared that we are switching narrators in this book too. But what I realized is that we don’t actually really know Apollo at all. All we know is that he would always have his portrait painted and has been cursed, but nothing of his personality. We haven’t been able to hear him speak much about his thoughts.
