So far, I hate it. I’ve read plenty of “spiritual” self-help stuff & sometimes I can eat the meat & spit out the bones. Usually that translates to filtering through Buddhist philosophy, positive psychology, & a dash of “whatever else you wanna believe in.” This guy’s writing is driving me nuts tho. It’s all over the place.

I wish I could get everyone on the planet to read this.

Was asked how I’m liking this and so far, I’m finding it easy reading (fluency, not content), historically accurate, and accurate in presenting the religious beliefs of those who led the witch hunts in Scotland. With my love for herbalism, meditation, and progressive politics, I’d probably have been labeled a witch. It sure didn’t seem to take much.
