Uneven but there are some really cool moments in this so far.

I haven't made much time for reading lately but I need to buckle down and finish this. I'm not as motivated since Gerry Conway left the book and Len Wein is the writer, although it's not like there's been a noticeable drop in quality or anything.

Authors are still friending me just to recommend their own books. How many years have we been doing this?

Gerry Conway is now the writer so this should pick up a bit.

Houseroy's first issue was acceptable.

I hope there's more Gerry Conway than Roy Thomas in this.

Stan Lee writing Captain America is weird because he writes him like he does Spider-Man.

Spider-Man acting like an overly dramatic mopey teenager - good.
Captain America acting like an overly dramatic mopey teenager - bad.

I guess I'll wait until tomorrow to read the death of Gwen Stacy.

Reading this just after The Last Time I Lied, it's interesting seeing how two different writers deal with a similar premise and structure.

Was it two soon to read another two thread, mysterious event in the past is now biting the main character in the ass in the present book? Probably but I'm doing it anyway.

Since my kindle is no longer supported, I'll finish reading all the books on it at some point.
