A fun take on Medusa which pulls you in closer like a friend at a sleepover telling you a captivating story. I enjoyed the interpretation but I think I would have liked it more if I were in high school. The tonal shift and different pacing speed for the falling action brought me out of it a bit. Still an immersive and fun read though!
