I just finished chapter 1 and I’m already like “HOLY SHEET!”

I’m on chapter 7 and honestly can’t tell you much about this book. I’m marking it DNF. I wanted to like it but it’s falling so flat for me. :(

Well I’ve never related to Anita Blake more lol

Almost DNF at 60% due to the unrelenting anxiety and agitation of this story line. Googled spoilers, skipping ahead so I don’t break my kindle in half instead 😬🫣

Idk if this is a selling point or a warning for reading this title

I really strongly dislike the men in this book.

I’m on Chapter 17, and having a hard time getting into it. There are interesting themes but the characters fall flat for me. I don’t want to give up - I hate giving up on books and usually find redeemable qualities in books I didn’t love, but my free time is limited. I might press pause on this for now and come back to it.

I’m 30% through Moment in Time and I love this book. The protagonists are likable - as they should be - and relatable. The plot twist has just happened and I’ve got a list of suspects running in my head. It may be 3am but I don’t plan on stopping here!

For now I’ll just say I’m #TeamRuby

Gave up on. It’s reads with beautiful poetic language BUT is too disjointed for my tastes
