Just got to the part where she blames her aunts weight on her aunts death and honestly that is so disappointing especially since its written by a fat author who is fat positive. I also know that a LOT has changed since this was published in terms of fat activist discourse, just feels lazy and uninteresting while also perpetuating a horrible stereotype that fatness leads to an inevitable death. Still enjoying it tho
