Well I’ve made it to page 104, but this is not a book to read straight through- and I’ve flipped back and forward, read and reread portions. It is a maddening book to read with puzzles, multiple languages that are not always translated, and more footnotes than I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s classified as a horror book, and although I can barely sense why, I can see where’s it going.
