What makes people leave their homes: 1) Poverty, War, or Persecution; 2) Migrant labour; 3) Unaccompanied children.

When I look at all this migration, it makes me think that we are citizens of the world, and things can happen that might make us migrate at any time.

Refugees mean people fleeing war or persecution across an international borders. Migrants mean people moving for reasons mainly to improve their lives. Though, Migrants can return home without immediate danger unlike Refugees.

Human can understand right from wrong without ‘religious books’. We can question ourselves and try and be honest about why we behave in certain ways. WE BELIEVE WE CAN BE KIND JUST BECAUSE WE ARE HUMAN.

Imagining yourself on the receiving end of your own behaviour is a good way to decide whether you’re doing what you think is right or wrong.

Humanists believe that the way to find out such things is to be like detectives: considering the evidence by looking, listening and measuring… then coming up with ‘conclusions’ which explain what we’ve found. If not found, we have to change what we think.
