Sadhguru divids the yogic body into multiple layers / bodies. This book talks about Body, Mind and Energy. I liked the end of body chapter as there are clear instructions as how to eat and what to eat. But the message in mind chapter is bit abstract and there’s no instructions as what to do achieve them. Probably join the Isha yoga courses to learn more. The directions in the Sadhana sections may take whole day.
