I don’t know exactly how to explain why this book is so cringy to me but I’ll try my best. The author uses slang and then basically says “oh those silly gen z kids!” But the worst part is the slang is used wrong? And it’s outdated too by like as much as 10 years 👹.
Also the main character’s name is Elizabeth but she goes by Lizbet. I feel like I don’t need to elaborate on that one…
