Making progress in this = how you know I've done chores today.

Shocked to see the phrase "the left-behinds" in here. What is the full story behind it? Is it from the miners' strikes and later reforms, this book, or the post-Brexit literature more generally? Maybe Goodwin grabbed it from elsewhere?

Even though getting through this series has been a SLOG, it's still somehow emotional to be starting the final/fourteenth book. (The intro music did *not* need to go this hard.)

This book, alarmingly, makes the idea of doing a triathlon sound way too much fun.

Even though it was ultimately predictable, I have been hanging out for this scene for a LOT of books in the series.

If Sanderson doesn't manage to close this thing well, I'm gonna be so mad. This is the second-last book, and while he's wrapping up side-plots hither and thither, it's still for the most part a snooze fest.

The Crystal Throne storyline is soooooo boring. I want them to get defeated just so I don't have to hear about them anymore omg.

I've owned this for years, and to date, have only lent it to people whose writing annoyed me. In light of being CONSTANTLY annoyed by AI writing, I'm now reading it myself out of said annoyance and a disturbed sense of justice.

Literally, why IS Perrin a werewolf? There's still no explanation?

As long as my "currently reading" is less than 20 books, I'm allowed to start new ones. That's the rule.

I've finally moved onto the C2 section, and it's such a pleasure to see people savouring their words.

After my exam, I basically stopped studying Spanish for the next 2 months. Time to get back into it!
