I will say I’m loving this one more than Fourth Wing AND Iron Flame! The banter of Xaden and Violet is juicy and hilarious. I love that we’ve finally got them together, on the same page, fighting for what’s coming next! And the plot of this one is also IMMENSELY more engaging and interesting!! I like that we’ve had character development and it’s not dragging on/repeating the same shit every other chapter!

Brrruuuuuhhhhhh this FMC just gets more and more insecure and annoying as the book goes one. You went to these men and said “I want more. I don’t just want to be your toy/plaything. I want that and something real.” THEN HER EVERY ACTION AND WORD SAY THE ABSOLUTE OPPOSITE. ARE YOU KIIIIIIDDDING!??? “I’m not ready to meet your parents.” BITCH they called you their fiancée. Yaaaallllll I truly don’t know how to feel about this book!!!! Like, I love dark romance, morally grey/black but I feel like Leroi is NOT morally gray or black at all! Like, yes hes an assassin but he’s literally taking people in and… I don’t know he just seems like a good guy. And Seraphine…. I’m so torn. This is one of the first books I’ve considered DNFing. Ugh. Idk.

Whoa man! This book started kind of slow for me. I was worried we wouldn’t have anything happen, but of course the party is eventful! I’m loving Emma and her psychotic behavior with James 🤣 we’ll see if that stays the same considering she’s crazy and referred to not being friends w her if that video got out.

SOBBING. THROWING UP. THIS BOOK HAS BEEN SO GOOD!!!!!! So many moments where I’ve been on the edge of seat and just can’t put it down!!!

Chapter 44 has me crying and swooning and wanting to vomit with the slow burn of Feyre and Rhys!!! AHHH the starfall was the PERFECT moment!!! UGH!! I just wanted them to ravage each other. But noooooo. Im so glad Rhys told her to stop comparing him to Tamlin!!! I do wish we could get a flash to Spring Court and see how awfully angry he is!

Very much enjoying it so far!! I am SO PROUD of Feyre for staying in Night Court. It’s wild to me that all Tamlin had to do was treat her like a human being and involve her but he was so wrapped up in his own crap that all he could think about is “protecting” her while she’s literally withering away! I’m LOVING her and Rhysand and how they push each other!
