idk why i’m reading this

is amazing.

i could tell from the first page i wasn’t going to be in love w this book or the writing. i’ve been using it as a spark (ing agent idk) to journal abt teaching in the margins & reflect & make it my own thing

there was a character w the same name as my cat she was a little cute witch w green hair & she died :’) a character named sarah also for a second so my dreams of having a cool shadowhunter w my name shattered, i’m a retail worker at a vintage thrift shop. 🕸🕸🕸☕️🕸🕸🕸

was so invested in the characters at the beginning but is similar 2 jace & clary’s love story where it feels like ur tubing at a lake and have been holding on for so long ur fingers r slipping & ur abt to b a skipping stone on the water and slowly sink & be wrapped w seaweed just bobbing there

the beginning love story was cute but the whole marrying a man and wanting to have children is giving me the ick
