I have to stop reading this book. I rarely do that. I was really looking forward to reading this, but there is a chapter that is so indulgently and remorselessly body shaming that I can’t allow any more of this prose to enter my brain.

I did some research online and it sounds like there’s no redemption or lesson to be had from this chapter, so I’m done.
