Love his novels. Do not understand his approach to short stories even a little bit. The titular story comes the closest to delivering on his pro is but I did not feel like ANY of these intriguing story premises paid out.

I’m abandoning it because after 80 pages I simply hate it to death. Loved her most recent but this is not for me. I want to drop it in a bog.
