Amna is 48% done with The Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America’s Shining Women
The Radium Girls is probably four-and-a-half-star worthy but it’s just too heartbreaking, I can’t get myself to finish it. Might give it another try in the future

Hmm, story's not too bad so far. Language is too slang for my liking though: seems as if I'm reading a Yahoo! Answers post

Woah, this book is something!
[On love]
"Or,if there were a sympathy in choice,
War, death or sickness did lay siege to it,
Making it momentary as a sound,
Swift as a shadow, short as any dream,
Brief as the lightning in the collied night;
That, in a spleen, unfolds both heaven and Earth
And ere a man hath power to say “Behold!”
The jaws of darkness do devour it up
So quick bright things come to confusion."
