guys i’m alive and i still read i just keep forgetting goodreads exists

guys i forgot goodreads exists but i promise i still read

reread for southern lit😋

omg i needed to read some queer lit so bad. i redownloaded tiktok for a while and then accidentally got invested in love island so i started becoming straight in the head. really scary time

why does this book's blurb only describe the first two chapters....?

this is for class LMAO

WHATTTTTTTTT

WHAT THE HELL JUST HAPPENED

maddy is reading this for class so i am going to try and read it with her -- i promise im still working on norwegian wood.....

literally 5 pages in and i dropped my copy onto the icy erie ground and it got water damaged. is this a sign

i did it👍

can i read a 500 pg book in two (very empty schedule-wise) days? let’s see🙇‍♀️

i don’t wanna start smth totally new before my reading challenge rolls over so reread time…we’ll see if i can do the whole duology or just this🫣

believe it or not this is for school!

okay this is way better than i remember it being

the absolute reverence with which dawdy writes about death has already made me tear up. her leaving flowers at the bottom of the borrowed grave to “make a pretty bed” for anne (the person who was going to be buried for realsies) got to me. and i’m 25 pages in.

reread for school #earlyamlit
