I am really struggling with this book. I like the second chance trope but there are so many mixed signals it's really confusing to me.

I am not sure, if I am going to finish that one and this is gonna be a first for me with a book by Lucy Lennox. I really want to punch both of the heroes for being overly dramatic and stupid and in their head.
